My CSA Box:

I get a CSA box each week.  $15 a week from Brian's Farmer's Market.  I get the small box.  It always has 5-6 eggs in it, a small jar of honey, and then lots of veggies.  Here's a picture of this week's box:

This week I got:  6 eggs, 4 carrots, 3 beets, 2 batches of asparagus, 1 orange, 2 apples, 1 GIANT onion, a sack of small tomatoes, a bag of swiss chard, and honey.  Then typically we'll go around the market and buy a bit more.  Usually strawberries.

Now I have to learn how to cook beets!!!
