More Radishes:

It's been about a month since I planted my first square foot garden.  I planted it on October 4th.  I had a few radishes, in my radish grid, poking their shoulders through, so I pulled them yesterday.

2' x 4' Square Foot Garden

Here is my square foot garden after a month, it's 2' by 4'.  The radishes are in the upper left corner, the biggest group of veggies so far.

Here is a close up of those radishes.  You can see I pulled two from the top row.  Below the radishes is a grid of spinach.  It's coming along well too.  You can see I've got bird netting over this -- just to be on the safe side.

And here is what I pulled.  Two nice radishes, with their shoulders poking though.  I also pulled a carrot from an older box, that isn't doing too well.  You can see that the carrot is a tiny nub as small as the radishes!!!
