Another Egg Comparison

Here are four of Oreo's eggs (old girl is like clockwork, 8am every day).  Of course her eggs are the four light colored eggs.  The dark egg is a store-bought free-range organic egg.


Here is a zoon in to compare size:





Here are the yolks (we're about to make scrambled eggs!).  Oreo's is more compact, stands up taller, and is darker orange:

    Oreo is obviously a vastly superior chicken to those "organic free range" hippie chickens.

    Don't give up on Miss Butterscotch yet. She is a young "warfighter chicken". She has a superior project manager who will keep her cost, schedule and performance for the egg laying project in perfect balance. I agree with Ella, that Oreo is certainly a better quality chicken, probably a moderate, rather than a hippie chick. I am inspired to start designing a hen house for my Texas home :0)
